As a Dishwasher at Cut 132 , you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. Responsibilities

  • Operate the dishwasher to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly stacked, stored, and ready for use by the culinary team.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen as a whole.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying the supervisor when restocking is needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to support timely and efficient service during busy hours.

Qualifications

  • Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
  • Able to read documents and written instructions to understand sanitation requirements, safety rules, equipment operation and maintenance, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.

  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
  • Stand for long hours, often in wet conditions.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (racks of dishes, garbage bags).
  • Work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced environment.
  • Bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely.
