Global Strategic Alliance LLC is seeking a Director of Customer Service to oversee our remote customer service team. As a leader in financial services and digital-asset investment, we are dedicated to providing fast, secure, and compliant transactions for our clients. Join us in our mission to help clients efficiently purchase, transfer, and manage digital assets with a focus on speed, security, and operational discretion.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a remote customer service team
  • Ensure one call resolution for all customer inquiries
  • Oversee call center operations and service sales
  • Handle inbound calls and prioritize first in, first out restocking
  • Manage asset protection, order processing, and replenishing

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in call center management
  • Strong knowledge of product and service sales
  • Experience in resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Ability to process payments, handle bank deposits, and manage client services
  • Proficiency in shipping, order entry, and complaint resolution

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in bathroom remodeling
  • Knowledge of asset protection and payment processing
  • Ability to pull reports and analyze data for resolution
