Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the market for healthcare opportunities, primarily in nursing, therapy, special education, and non-clinical roles within schools.

Job Duties:

• Perform full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Recruit healthcare and special education professionals by developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Create and maintain lists of potential targets for particular openings
• Work with credentialing team to make sure candidates have all necessary and up to date licenses

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with special education services and/or allied health recruitment required
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience recruiting for allied health or special education roles
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• 9:00am - 5:30pm EST

Compensation:

• $55,000 - $58,000 base salary + c ommission structure
