General Dentistry

General Dentist needed - locum or locum to perm position - Del Norte, CA

We are looking for a General Dentist who is willing to commit to 3 months with the option to extend at our Community Health Center in Eureka, CA.

Location: Del Norte, CA

Dates: As soon as credentialed for 3 months with the option to extend (no exccptions to 3 months)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5 (no exceptions)

Ages: 50/50 kids and adults, so must be comfortable treating peds

Procedures: General Dentistry

Support Staff: DAs and 1 RDH assigned to each dentist

Travel and lodging provided.

Credentialing: Takes 45-60 days (on average 6 weeks for a responsive provider)

The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years).

Pay rate: Starting at $125/hour
