Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all children’s ministry environments (birth–5th grade)
• Recruit, train, and shepherd volunteer teams
• Implement engaging curriculum and weekend programming
• Partner with families through communication, events, and support
• Ensure safe, secure, and well-organized ministry operations
• Collaborate with church leadership to align with overall vision and strategy
• Plan and execute special events such as VBS, camps, and family experiences

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in children’s ministry or related leadership roles, 3 years minimum exp
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead teams with clarity, encouragement, and accountability
• Creative mindset with a passion for excellence in kids programming
• Alignment with the church’s mission, values, and theological beliefs
