Call Center Customer Support Representative – Troubleshooting & Warranty
Position Overview
We are seeking a Call Center Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional assistance to customers regarding product troubleshooting and warranty inquiries. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
-Respond to customer calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
-Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions.
-Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
-Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
-Ensure timely follow-up with customers to provide status updates and resolutions.
-Apply mechanical aptitude to assist customers with technical troubleshooting and product-related issues.
Qualifications & Skills
-Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
-Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Familiarity with warranty processes and documentation is a plus.
-High school diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
