• Manage and mentor a team of Engineers and Technicians, providing both technical direction and professional development.
• Review, manage, and track project timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Assess organizational capacity on an ongoing basis and address resource gaps or performance challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, workflows, and team performance.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all departmental data, including technical documents and project information.
• Review and approve project scopes, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business objectives.
• Develop, manage, and maintain the departmental budget, including forecasting and resource planning.

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related engineering or technical field.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and maintain a cohesive, collaborative, and productive team.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary Range:

$120K-$125K
