Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Complete projects and tasks assigned by department managers.
• Operate and maintain equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Keep work and storage areas organized and safe, following company policies.
• Use supplies and resources efficiently.
• Identify and report equipment or facility issues promptly.
• Operate scissor lifts safely at heights up to 37 feet.
• Assist with additional duties as requested or assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting.
• Skilled in hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
• Computer literate.
• Team-oriented with strong follow-through and reliability.
• Able to stand for long periods and maintain physical stamina.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and completing tasks as directed.
• Highly organized and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Able to move carts up to 400 pounds and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Experienced in operating forklifts and scissor lifts safely.
• Comfortable working at heights over 10 feet.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance or commercial laundry is a plus.
