Are you a seasoned financial professional looking to make a significant impact in the finance industry? Global Strategic Alliance LLC is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and strategic planning. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our innovative financial services and digital-asset investment firm.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth
• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Manage treasury functions and financial operations
• Lead financial modeling and forecasting efforts

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in financial statements and reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis
• Expertise in Treasury and internal control functions
• Ability to perform financial modeling and analysis
• CPA certification and experience in private equity

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in budget forecasting and due diligence
• Proficiency in data analytics and financial management
• Master's degree in Finance or related field
