As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to oversee the operations of our three-story dining venue, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of back of house operations
• Ensure food preparation, handling, and sanitation standards are met
• Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost management
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of restaurant employees
• Coordinate events, catering services, and retail operations

Required Skills:

• Experience in food and beverage management
• Knowledge of ServSafe guidelines and food safety standards
• Strong cooking skills and understanding of culinary techniques
• Ability to manage costs and optimize profitability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in event planning and management
• Knowledge of additional languages
• Experience in retail operations
