Requirements:

• Licensed to practice Mental Health in New York (LMHC, LMHC-D)
• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of therapeutic skills
• Strong work ethic and integrity, driven by a genuine passion for therapy and the healing process
• Dedicated schedule, completing 30-35 direct service hours per week

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage scheduling and cancellations through our online platform
• Conduct initial intakes, treatment plans, and complete SOAP notes
• Provide meaningful telehealth care for adult individuals and couples, managing weekly sessions and treatment
• Maintain a private, quiet space to conduct therapy sessions
• Participate in biweekly peer counseling sessions and monthly professional development workshops

Compensation: $88,000 and $100,000
