Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities, repairs, and installations to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production operations.
• Lead, mentor, and train the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
• Design and implement a data-driven preventive maintenance program to reduce unplanned failures and extend equipment life.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to diagnose equipment issues, support process improvements, and assist with new product launches.
• Identify and execute initiatives that improve equipment reliability, increase uptime, and reduce maintenance and operating costs.
• Oversee facility and utility systems-including steam, power, gas, and compressed air-to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
• Manage maintenance budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure the team is equipped with appropriate tools, parts, and training.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years in industrial maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Associate's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems; preventive maintenance programs; equipment diagnostics; and machinery installation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Proven track record of root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective solutions.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
