Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for education and a commitment to student success? West Carroll CUSD 314 is seeking a dedicated High School Principal to join our team in Mount Carroll, IL. As a key member of our school administration, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and shape the future of our school community.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers and staff
• Oversee school operations and ensure a safe and productive learning environment
• Lead educational initiatives and promote school improvement efforts
• Manage student discipline and behavior management strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement school policies

Required Skills:

• Professional Educators License and Educational Leadership certification
• Master's degree in Education or related field
• Demonstrated experience in school leadership and administration
• Strong background in curriculum development and staff development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage school calendars and staffing needs

Nice to Have Skills:

• Data driven decision-making skills
• Experience in special education and working with diverse student populations
• Knowledge of computer programming and technology integration in education
• Expertise in public relations and community engagement

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $95,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $115,000.00
