Job Description Summary: This position is responsible for training the summer staff cooks to provide PC standards of excellence in serving meals. Specific areas include staff training in kitchens, and ensuring PC standards of quality and excellence are served at each meal. This position will also contribute to closing down camp kitchens at the end of summer. Job Description: Job Responsibilities Responsible for training summer staff cooks Responsible for oversight of PC standards of excellence in serving meals Responsible for upholding cleaning standards Responsible for other tasks as directed.
