Landscape Installations Supervisor

John Mini Distinctive Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Installations Supervisor to oversee and support outdoor installation operations based out of our Congers headquarters.

This role is responsible for daily launch, ensuring crews are prepared with the right materials, equipment, vehicles, and schedules, while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily launch and hold crews accountable to timely departures
• Inspect trucks, equipment, and materials for quality, accuracy, and safety
• Coordinate with Field Supervisor, Coordinator, and Yard Supervisor to ensure efficient scheduling and job readiness
• Support crews in the field as needed and ensure work meets JMdl and OSHA standards
• Review foreman reports, approve payroll, and monitor labor hours against estimates

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in landscape installations
• Strong plant identification skills
• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)
