A Nurse Practitioner is needed in Columbus, Ohio.

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000 annually
• Annual bonus potential: Up to $10,000 in the first year (increases with partnership opportunities)
• Paid time off (PTO)

Responsibilities

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• Clinic hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM)
• Outpatient primary care services – 100% outpatient
• Patient volume: 18 patients per day
• Small patient panel: Maximum of 450 patients
• Focus on senior patients with 3–5 chronic conditions
• Supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant and Scheduler
• Administrative time included in the schedule
• No nights, no weekends, no hospital call
• Access to in-house consulting specialists including cardiology, podiatry, acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition services
• Door-to-door patient transportation available

Requirements

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Passion for value-based care and delivering high-quality outcomes for senior populations
