Data Center Technician, Critical Infrastructure, Public Sector

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with data center systems, including experience with National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 70E.
- Ability to lift/move 50lb (23kg) of equipment as required and ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods of time, including frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling and lifting.
- Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating and partnering with teams.
- Experience with performing component-level repairs on IT equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical systems used in a data center environment (e.g., Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units).
You will have the ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.
Note: This role will require travel up to 50%. Work may at times fall outside of standard business hours. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Understand and support capacity deployment, including build milestones and timelines.
- Install and configure specialty hardware including servers, networking equipment, and cooling infrastructure.
- Perform hardware maintenance, including part replacement and cable installation, following defined processes.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of documentation for new platforms and support activities.
