Tech recruiting experience is a must have

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a timely and efficient process.

• Manage candidate communications, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Draft and post job descriptions and advertisements that attract qualified candidates.

• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
