You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.
How you will contribute
You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelez International's competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods or related field a plus
- Demonstrable use of best-in-class sourcing tools and techniques (RFI, RFQ, category analysis and market research)
- Proven experience in negotiating, contract review, supplier management principles and project management
- Ability to work well within a cross-functional team
- Proven strong stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience managing global and/or regional demand
- Must demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and poses excellent communication skills
- Microsoft suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

What you need to know about this position:
- Develop, implement and monitor regional procurement category strategies for marketing agencies.
- Support the implementation of the Global & Regional Procurement strategy regionally.
- Market Analysis/ Market Research, identify, document and maintain supplier pools for marketing agencies spend categories. Lead, analyze and present results of market tenders.
- Negotiate, review and maintain all Master Service Agreements (MSA) within areas of defined spend responsibility.
- Identify and implement cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with demand owners on business strategies and or project objectives to select the best suppliers with the most cost effective and or value added solution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with very short deadlines.
- Ensure both Regional & Global Procurement Compliance requirements and KPIs are adhered too.
- Actively managing Supplier Relationships.
Education / Certifications
Bachelor's Degree in business / marketing or equivalent
Job specific requirements
From 5 to 6 years Strategic Procurement or Agency experience, preferred experience in shopper and customer marketing

From Monday to Friday. Hybrid

Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $109,000 to $149,875; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
