Surg Tech Clinical Educator- CVOR

Overview: Serves as clinical expert providing education, research, coaching, direct care, consultation, leadership collaboration and ethical decision making for patients and surgical services staff. Serves as a change agent and promotes quality through the utilization of clinical expertise. Provides clinical care as needed when staffing and/or case load demands. Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leader(s) as needed. • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Graduate of a Surgical Technology Program Required

• 2 years of Operating Room Surgical Tech experience Required

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist Required
• BLS certification Required

• BLS certification Required
