Beverage/Brewery Can Line Filling Operator

1st shift: 7am-3:30pm
2nd shift: 3:30pm-11pm

Responsibilities:

• Operator is responsible for executing all filling operations, including ensuring accurate product fills, proper carbonation levels, and compliant can weights.
• This role performs equipment changeovers, minor mechanical adjustments, troubleshooting, and recipe programming to maintain efficient production line performance.
• Duties include managing start ? up, filling, and shutdown processes, completing required quality ? control documentation, and coordinating tank preparation and filling with the batching team.
• The operator supports end ? of ? run cleanouts for the CIP team, maintains compliance with GMP and food ? safety standards, and ensures a clean, safe work environment.
• Cross ? training on CFT and Comac counter ? pressure fillers and Mojonnier Mix Processors is required.
• Additional responsibilities include assisting across production lines, operating assigned equipment, monitoring quality checks, and supporting other production needs assigned.

Required Qualification and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Canning Line: 1 year (Required)
• Prior Brewing/Brewery operations experience (big plus)
• Prior Beverage Manufacturing experience (bigger plus)
• Requires to be bilingual (English and Spanish)
