Regional Finance Coordinator

Centers Health Care is seeking an experienced Regional Finance Coordinator to support and oversee the financial operations for our Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Upstate New York . The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and an effective leader who can drive strong financial performance.

Candidate must be able to travel throughout Upstate New York.

Duties:

• Oversee financial performance for a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities within the region

• Partner with Administrators, DONs, and facility leadership to improve financial and operational outcomes

• Monitor revenue cycle performance, including billing, collections, and reimbursement processes

• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls

• Identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop action plans accordingly

• Provide coaching and financial education to Business Office Managers and facility leadership

Requirements:

• Experience overseeing financial performance across multiple healthcare facilities

• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and SNF reimbursement models

• High comfort level working with executive and facility leadership teams

• Must be analytical, detailed, and organized

• Ability to travel regularly throughout Upstate NY

• Good communication skills
