We are seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are interested in everyotherweekend assignments in supportive group home environments. Both positions offer stable daytime schedules and consistent clients.

Open Positions

1. Fairburn, GA – GTube Client (Group Home)

• Everyotherweekend schedule

• Day shift hours

• Gtube care required

• Medication administration

• Routine assessments and documentation

• Collaboration with onsite CNAs

2. Buckhead, GA – Diabetic Client (Group Home)

• Everyotherweekend schedule

• Day shift hours

• Diabetes management support

• Medication administration

• Vital signs and ongoing assessments

• Documentation and care coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Active Georgia LPN license

• Strong clinical judgment and reliability

• Comfort working independently in group home settings

• Experience with Gtubes or diabetes preferred (based on site)

• Nurses who enjoy consistent weekend scheduling
