Radiologic Technologist

Nationwide provider of mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes and other health care facilities is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 8-week contract (extensions likely).

Pay Range: $58 per hour

Shift Time:  3-11pm with additional on call and overtime opportunities 

Position Overview:

Radiologic Technologist to provide essential Mobile X-Ray and EKG services. In this role, you will travel to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and miscellaneous facilies as needed in your assigned route.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile Imaging: Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.

• EKG Services: Conduct EKGs as requested and transmit data to Cardiologists for rapid interpretation.

• Field Operations: Safely transport, unload, and set up portable X-ray equipment within different clinical environments.

• Digital Transmission: Ensure all images are technically competent and transmitted to Radiologists for immediate review.

• Documentation & Logistics: Scan billing paperwork daily and maintain consistent communication with dispatch and management.

• Asset Maintenance: Responsible for the daily care and upkeep of the company vehicle and specialized X-ray equipment.

Must-Have Credentials:

• CA CRT (California Dept. of Public Health)

• ARRT (R) Required

• Valid Driver’s License: Required for operating the mobile unit.
