Manufacturing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage heading, metal forming, and in-house secondary manufacturing processes.
• Ensure plant equipment and machinery operate at required performance levels, meeting throughput targets, OEE goals, and other production metrics across all products and machines.
• Plan, schedule, and manage production staffing to meet daily and periodic manufacturing demands, including shift planning, overtime control, and labor optimization based on part routing.
• Ensure all manufactured materials meet customer specifications and comply with company quality standards.
• Verify that appropriate tooling is available, properly maintained, and ready for scheduled production runs; collaborate with tooling and engineering teams to improve tool performance and effectiveness.
• Maintain ongoing communication with supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to ensure efficient material flow, issue resolution, and alignment with operational goals and customer requirements.
• Oversee departmental procedures, standard work, and employee training programs.
• Lead and support annual continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing operational performance, efficiency, and safety.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations and facility management.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to move throughout the manufacturing facility as required.
