Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service
• Underwrite insurance policies and process claims
• Develop proposals and negotiate terms with clients
• Assist with risk management and financial auditing
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge
• Experience in agency management and underwriting
• Strong understanding of employee benefits and claims resolution
• Excellent account management and client services skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in retail or consulting
• Military background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $45,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
• Benefits: Dental Insurance, 401(k)
