With the launch of a new, state-of-the-art practice in Austin, TX, they're seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. The practice prioritizes work-life balance, collaboration, and professional development - because caring for pets starts with caring for their veterinary teams.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver high-quality medical, surgical, and diagnostic care while fostering a collaborative, compassionate practice culture. This position combines hands-on patient care with client communication, ensuring each pet and pet parent receives personalized, attentive service. Ideal candidates are experienced, empathetic, skilled in general medicine and routine surgeries, and eager to grow in a supportive environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The practice operates Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., with 10-hour weekday shifts and rotating Saturdays. When scheduled for a Saturday, veterinarians work three weekdays that week to maintain consistent downtime and work-life balance. The practice offers a full range of services - from preventive medicine and diagnostics to same-day care and surgery.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
