KPG Healthcare is urgently hiring Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for short-term, high-paying strike assignments across Northern California. These roles offer 60 guaranteed hours, a 1-week minimum commitment, and all major travel and living expenses fully covered.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $120/hr
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $8,400 (based on 60 guaranteed hours/week)
• Weekly Total Value: ~$11,500 (including covered expenses)

Shift & Assignment Details

• 12-hour shifts
• 5 shifts per week (days or nights available)
• 60 hours guaranteed
• 1-week minimum commitment (may be extended depending on strike duration)
• Potential start date: As early as January 26, 2026

Requirements (by discipline)

You must meet the requirements for your specific license/role:

Physical Therapists (PT)

• Active California PT License
• BLS Certification
• 1+ year experience
• Background in Acute Care, Home Health, or Outpatient

Occupational Therapists (OT)

• Active California OT License
• BLS Certification
• 1+ year experience
• Background in Acute Care, Home Health, or Outpatient

Speech Language Pathologists (SLP)

• Active California SLP License
• CCC required
• BLS Certification
• 1+ year experience
• Background in Acute Care, Home Health, or Outpatient

All roles must be available for the full strike duration.
