Bilingual English/Spanish Pick/Pack

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Pick/Pack to join their team. As a Bilingual English/Spanish Pick/Pack, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual English/Spanish Pick/Pack

Location: Groveport, OH

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, must be flexible to work OT & Weekend shifts to meet business needs

What's the Job?

• Accurately picking and packing items according to order specifications
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Using basic computer skills to update inventory and order information
• Working at a fast pace to meet daily productivity goals
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment

What's Needed?

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts as needed
