Job Summary:
Key responsibilities include applying process improvement methodologies, such as Kaizen, to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency, as well as identifying opportunities to increase profitability. The role ensures that operations consistently meet customer lead-time demands while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.

As an Operational Excellence Manager, You Will:

• Hands-on manufacturing leader focused on driving operational results and continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance overall operational performance.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize processes, implement lean principles, and foster a culture of excellence.
• Build, deploy, and optimize site operations through experience with manufacturing operating systems.
• Implement Operational Excellence practices, including daily management, standard work, 5S, and structured problem-solving.
• Utilize data collection and analysis tools to drive problem-solving and integrate improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and SMED into daily workflows.
• Support a culture of accountability through structured action plans and follow-up processes.
• Apply expertise in high-volume automated manufacturing and strong analytical skills to improve performance.
• Establish benchmarking and continuous improvement targets to measure operational success.
• Promote site harmonization and flexibility to maximize asset utilization, reduce risk, and optimize performance.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and guide teams on improvement processes.
• Demonstrate cross-functional thinking and holistic problem-solving capabilities.
• Drive change, implement new strategies, and adapt effectively to evolving scenarios and high-pressure environments.

Skills/Requirements:

• 5-years of site/department experience deploying OpEx tools
• 5-years in high-speed manufacturing processes (low mix/high volume environment)
• Lean professional; Green Belt or Black Belt certification

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
