Boiler Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities:

• Comply with scheduled work hours, company policies, and all safety requirements.
• Monitor boiler and well systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, testing, and adjustments on boilers and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair boiler systems, auxiliary units, and controls, including emergency response when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and test results.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or behaviors.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by supervision or management.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Skilled at diagnosing and troubleshooting complex boiler systems and related equipment
• Strong understanding of safety protocols for boiler operation and maintenance
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
• Effective communicator with technicians and supervisors
• Proficient in maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, system performance, and gas logs
