Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Follow all shop policies, procedures, and employee expectations as instructed.
• Prepare, set up, and operate multiple CNC machine tools while meeting established quality and productivity standards.
• Execute repetitive machining operations by interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and detailed work instructions.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify part accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Send, receive, and manage CNC programs and maintain accurate electronic and/or manual production documentation.
• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as required to support production needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational school background is helpful
• 1-3 Years in a Manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a professional work environment.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers and standard workplace software.
• Ability to maintain great attendance.
• Legal work authorization in the United States-Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

Physical Demands:

• Sufficient visual ability, with or without correction, to read technical documents and drawings and to inspect finished parts.
• Ability to remain on your feet and move throughout the production area, including bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and using hands and arms, while speaking and hearing as needed.
• Capability to safely lift, push, pull, and/or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
