Daily Responsibilities:

• Performing mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Installing and repairing piping systems
• Conducting brazing and pipefitting
• Ensuring compliance with building codes

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of fire protection systems
• Proficiency in working with electrical systems
• Ability to perform equipment repair and general maintenance
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Troubleshooting
• Familiarity with strength & conditioning systems

Technical Skills:

• EPA Universal Certification/HVAC Journeyman License
• Ability to use gauges for HVAC systems
• Proficiency in using hand tools for mechanical work

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $70,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $84,000.00
