Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and is closed on both Saturdays and Sundays. This role follows a full-time, four-day workweek, providing an excellent work-life balance while maintaining a consistent and rewarding caseload. The structured weekday schedule allows veterinarians to focus on patient care while enjoying meaningful time outside of work.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive general practice veterinary care across a varied caseload. Your responsibilities will include all typical general practice duties, such as wellness and preventative care, diagnostics, medical management, surgery, and dentistry. This role is designed for an experienced DVM, with a minimum of five years of small animal experience preferred, who is motivated to grow into a leadership position. The practice offers an accelerated pathway to hospital partnership or equity for driven clinicians who demonstrate leadership potential.
You will receive ongoing professional development and mentorship to support continued skill expansion, with opportunities to build advanced expertise in surgery and dentistry. In addition, the hospital encourages veterinarians to develop niche interests, including companion animal medicine and veterinary behavior consulting, allowing you to shape a career that aligns with your passions and long-term goals.

Practice Details
The hospital is a full-service facility equipped with advanced technology that supports progressive, high-quality medicine. Equipment includes digital X-ray, dental radiography, in-house IDEXX laboratory services, ultrasound, CO laser, and Scribble Vet AI to streamline SOAP documentation and improve workflow efficiency. The practice is distinguished by its integrative approach to care, offering a combination of Eastern and Western medicine. Services include traditional surgical procedures and diagnostics alongside acupuncture, spinal adjustments, laser therapy, regenerative and stem cell therapy, sports medicine, reproductive services, and Chinese herbal medicine. This integrative model allows veterinarians to provide highly individualized and comprehensive patient care.

Team
You will join a collaborative veterinary team consisting of two DVMs and a relief veterinarian, supported by a highly skilled and long-tenured support staff. Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
