RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate all build, test, and documentation activities related to value-added assembly operations
• Develop and manage production schedules while tracking and reporting on-time delivery performance
• Oversee ISO-related processes for the fabrication facility
• Manage technician labor, workflow, training, and capacity planning in alignment with production demand
• Monitor and control overtime, applied labor, and shop expenses
• Track and report monthly operational costs and performance metrics
• Oversee shop supplies, facility improvements, and continuous operational enhancements
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and injury-free work environment
• Ensure ongoing certification compliance and training for fabrication personnel
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and resource optimization
• Foster a collaborative, safety-focused culture aligned with customer expectations and operational standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree, technical training, or certification in fluid power, industrial technology, mechanics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of industrial fluid power experience, including hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Strong ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• At least 2+ years of supervisory experience leading fabrication or assembly technicians, with accountability for production, quality, and delivery performance.
• Prior machine-building experience preferred.
• Proven organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
