Construction superitendant

Join Our Team as a Construction Superintendent at K & V Construction Inc in New York, NY!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Must have DOB construction superitendant ceritificate 
• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
• Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction
• Coordinate plumbing, heating ventilation & air conditioning installations
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
• Conduct general repairs as needed

Required Skills:

• Strong background in construction management
• Knowledge of electrical systems and OSHA regulations
• Quality control experience and ability to pass background checks

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in distribution and engineering
