Associate Dentist - Guaranteed Salary of $250K & Full Benefits

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a well-established, primarily fee-for-service private dental practice just a few miles outside of Biloxi in Gautier, MS. This thriving practice has built a strong reputation in the community by prioritizing high-quality dentistry, ethical patient care, and a supportive clinical environment.

The incoming associate will step into a full schedule from day one, with the practice booked six months in advance. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who values clinical autonomy and enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry without the limitations of heavily insurance-driven care. Providers are encouraged to focus on treatment quality and long-term patient relationships rather than volume-based production pressures.

An active and well-executed marketing program is in place to consistently attract new patients, ensuring a steady and growing patient base. The practice maintains a high patient volume, allowing the incoming associate to quickly build a productive schedule.

The position includes a guaranteed first-year salary to provide financial stability during the transition period. Due to the strong patient demand and efficient systems already in place, most associates exceed the guaranteed compensation within their first few months. This role offers significant earning potential along with long-term stability in an established and expanding practice.

• First-year employment guarantee of $250K or the greater of 30% of adjusted production. You will be awarded on whichever is greater.
