Job Title: Distributor Sales Representative – Waterproofing Products

Location: South Florida - Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, ST Lucie Counties

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to manage and expand an established territory. The ideal candidate will have experience with waterproofing and construction material product lines and existing relationships within the local market.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell waterproofing products to contractors, architects, and distributors.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the assigned territory.
• Provide technical support and guidance on product applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the construction materials industry.
• Familiarity with product lines such as SIKA and AQUAFIN a strong plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Local to South Florida area preferred.
