Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Proficient in IV start and telemetry monitoring

Teaching Hospital Experience

Required Credentials:

Drivers License/State ID: Government issued photo ID

Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. 2 professional references are required. At least 1 reference must be from a manager/director or someone in a formal leadership capacity (e.g., a supervisor). Charge RN acceptable for 2nd reference. No coworker references accepted.

Special Requests:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

No RTO 2/15/26 through 2/28/26

Shift & Scheduling: Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: Minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule.

Floating Requirements: Will be required to float to different units within the OSU organization as needed.

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear Yes or No response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

14 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
