Medical Receptionist

Full-Time | In-Person | $16–$18 per hour | Monday–Thursday

Are you an organized, dependable professional who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Our growing psychiatric practice in Richardson, TX is looking for a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and a key part of our patient care team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and passionate about supporting patients in a behavioral health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check patients in and out with professionalism and compassion
• Schedule appointments and manage front-desk workflow
• Post payments, issue receipts, and complete daily close-out procedures
• Verify and work with behavioral health insurance
• Maintain accurate patient records and support office operations
• Communicate clearly with providers, staff, and patients

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and punctual with strong multitasking skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced medical office
• Solid computer skills; Medical Manager software experience is a plus
• Familiarity with behavioral health or psychiatric insurance preferred
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused communication style
