Preconstruction Engineer/Cost Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for both hard-bid and collaborative delivery projects across multiple stages of project design.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and vendors within assigned scopes of work.
• Provide support to Lead Estimators, Chief Estimators, and Pre-Construction Managers by assisting with a variety of preconstruction and estimating activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Strong interest and passion for water infrastructure construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on water infrastructure construction projects.
• Previous exposure to cost estimating and parametric estimating methods.
