Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide one call resolution for customer inquiries
• Utilize check cashing procedures accurately
• Utilize call center experience to assist customers
• Drive service sales through effective communication
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally

Required Skills:

• Experience in bathroom remodeling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on first in, first out
• Knowledge of restocking and asset protection procedures
• Proficiency in order processing and replenishing
• Strong customer support skills with a focus on complaint resolution

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with order entry and product knowledge
• Proficiency in payment processing
• Ability to assist with pulling, loading & unloading merchandise
• Experience in merchandising and product display

Salary and Benefits:
