Industrial Engineer

CSI is looking for a full time Industrial Engineer. The position focuses on improving manufacturing efficiency through process optimization and automation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Industrial Engineering Functions:

• Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Conduct accurate time studies and track labor hours to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement automated manufacturing processes and integrate PLCs and automation systems.
• Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks and AutoCAD) for design and layout improvements.
• Prepare manufacturing information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
• Collaborate with production managers and engineers to enhance processes and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks and AutoCAD preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Familiarity with PLCs and automation systems.
• Experience conducting time studies and process optimization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Work Environment & Schedule
Enjoy a consistent 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
