This is a unique opportunity for a PT who is excited to shape patient care in a growing clinic, with a balance of virtual visits and in-person treatment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a role that requires independence, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to collaborate with both patients and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

· Patient Care (Virtual & In-Person):

o Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for personal injury patients.

o Deliver approximately 80% of care virtually and 20% in-person for assessments, manual therapy, and follow-up care.

o Monitor patient progress closely and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

· Clinical Leadership & Growth:

o Take ownership of patient care delivery as the primary Physical Therapist in the practice.

o Contribute to the development of treatment protocols, workflows, and best practices.

o Demonstrate leadership qualities that may support future growth into supervisory or program development roles.

· Documentation & Compliance:

o Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).

o Ensure compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and documentation standards.

· Collaboration & Communication:

o Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, chiropractors, and legal representatives.

o Provide clear and consistent updates to stakeholders involved in personal injury cases.

· Patient Education:

o Educate patients on recovery, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.

o Foster patient engagement and adherence through clear guidance and follow-up.

Qualifications

· Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

· Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Georgia

· Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation; personal injury experience preferred but not required.

· Comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Skills & Attributes

· Self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent communicator, able to build rapport with patients virtually and in person.

· Flexible and adaptable to evolving workflows.

· Demonstrated potential for leadership and practice development.

Benefits

· Competitive compensation package.

· Healthcare stipend

· Paid time off and holidays.

· Professional development and continuing education opportunities.

· A chance to shape and grow with a practice in its early stages.
