TimberStone Masonry + Construction is hiring a Project Manager to lead high-end residential and commercial masonry projects from concept through completion. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to take full ownership of the buildincluding estimating, scheduling, job costing, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities
You will serve as the hub of the project, bridging the gap between the office, the field, and the client.
Project Leadership: Lead projects from initial client meetings through final completion, managing multiple sites simultaneously.
Pre-Construction & Estimating: Estimate project costs using internal systems/historical data and review plans to provide tailored solutions.
Operations: Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction operations, ensuring precision and quality control.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and builders.
Tech & Admin: Utilize JobTread CRM for project management and ensure construction document accuracy.
Problem Solving: Adapt to jobsite challenges, proactively resolve issues, and provide leadership to multiple crews and vendors.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management is preferred.
Trade Knowledge: Experience or strong knowledge of masonry construction methods is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficient with plan-reading (including grading plans) and specs.
Software: Proficiency with SketchUp, Bluebeam, or JobTread is a major plus.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills (written/verbal).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
