TimberStone Masonry + Construction is hiring a Project Manager to lead high-end residential and commercial masonry projects from concept through completion. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to take full ownership of the buildincluding estimating, scheduling, job costing, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will serve as the hub of the project, bridging the gap between the office, the field, and the client.

  • Project Leadership: Lead projects from initial client meetings through final completion, managing multiple sites simultaneously.

  • Pre-Construction & Estimating: Estimate project costs using internal systems/historical data and review plans to provide tailored solutions.

  • Operations: Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction operations, ensuring precision and quality control.

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and builders.

  • Tech & Admin: Utilize JobTread CRM for project management and ensure construction document accuracy.

  • Problem Solving: Adapt to jobsite challenges, proactively resolve issues, and provide leadership to multiple crews and vendors.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction project management.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management is preferred.

  • Trade Knowledge: Experience or strong knowledge of masonry construction methods is essential.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient with plan-reading (including grading plans) and specs.

  • Software: Proficiency with SketchUp, Bluebeam, or JobTread is a major plus.

  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills (written/verbal).

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
