OHagan Electric is seeking skilled, motivated Residential Electricians to join our growing field team in Irvine, CA. This role is ideal for electricians who already have residential experience and want to sharpen their skills, increase responsibility, and grow within a stable, well-established company.

• Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.

• Apply NEC code-compliant practices in real-world jobsite environments.

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent the company with integrity.

• Accurately use tools, materials, and mobile applications for job documentation.

• Maintain a clean, organized worksite and company vehicle.

• Follow all safety standards and company procedures.

• Continuously improve technical skills, efficiency, and customer service.

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience preferred.

• Valid California ET (Electrician Trainee) Card required.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Professional appearance, punctual, and reliable.

• Strong communication skills with clients and teammates.

• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and documentation.

• Able to clearly explain work to customers and demonstrate basic sales awareness.

• Must speak English fluently.

• Must live within 3040 minutes of Irvine, CA.

• Motivated, eager to learn, and committed to full-time work.
