Job Description

Hale’s Mechanical, LLC is a growing commercial HVAC and mechanical contractor serving the Kansas City metro area. We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Worker to support daily operations by maintaining inventory, preparing materials, and ensuring a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

This role plays a key part in supporting our field technicians and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store materials, equipment, and supplies

• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for service and installation jobs

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

• Load and unload deliveries in a safe and efficient manner

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Assist with basic tool and equipment organization

• Coordinate with office staff and field personnel as needed

• Perform other warehouse or operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Basic computer or inventory system skills a plus

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials as required for warehouse tasks

• Ability to safely lift and move items with or without reasonable accommodation
