Green-Up is a division of Yellowstone Landscape! We are seeking an Estimator to support our sales force and operations team. In this role, the Estimator will provide our Business Development Managers, Project Managers and Account Managers with timely and precise bid documents so we can ultimately score more high-value wins.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize estimating software to produce accurate bids for playground projects
- Solicit pricing from various vendors and request proposals from sub-contractors
- Actively search for and build relationships with new vendors and sub-contractors to provide the most competitive market pricing available
- Compare pricing for materials, products and services in order to provide competitive and accurate turnkey proposals to review with the Business Development Manager and Branch Manager
- Work closely with the team to verify material, labor, and equipment needed for each potential project
- Coordinate bidding of multiple projects simultaneously
- Prioritize tasks to ensure that deadlines are met within our fast-paced environment
Requisite Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Play equipment and/or park construction experience or related field with some estimating skills preferred.
Estimating skills including the ability to read plans and put a detailed estimate together
The proven ability to service all levels within an organization, with a positive attitude, as well as the ability to handle highly sensitive data in an appropriate manner.
Excellent administration, organization, and verbal communication skills.
The ability to effectively initiate, pursue, prioritize, and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
The ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and with a team.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Commitment to company values, strong work ethic, belief in personal accountability and positive attitude.
Bilingual in both English & Spanish a plus.
Prerequisites :
1-2 years previous estimating and customer service or construction administrative support experience preferred.
Computer proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment; bidding and contract software experience helpful.
Must work well in a team environment.
