AI Architect / AI Engineer

Hybrid - McLean, VA
Comp: $165-170K

We are seeking a hands-on AI Architect / AI Engineer to define enterprise AI strategy and build scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, vector databases, and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI architecture, standards, and roadmap.
• Lead design and deployment of LLM-based and cloud-native AI solutions.
• Implement Responsible AI frameworks and best practices.
• Develop AI applications using Python, C#, and multi-cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Build solutions using RAG, agent-based approaches, and modern deep learning methods.
• Create effective prompts (zero/one/few-shot, chain-of-thought).

Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise with LLMs, embeddings, and AI frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and cloud deployments.
• Strong background in Python frameworks and UI development.
• Knowledge of CNNs, NLP, autoencoders, and optimization techniques.
• Strong architectural and solution-design capabilities.
