Job Summary:
Maintain and repair facility and molding equipment as assigned, completing work orders generated by molding personnel in a timely and efficient manner.

As a Senior Lead Maintenance Technician, You Will:

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks in a timely and efficient manner to support continuous operations
• Follow direction from management regarding priorities and operational requirements
• Provide technical support and respond to questions from injection molding personnel as needed
• Identify, order, and coordinate spare parts and services to minimize equipment downtime
• Work with outside contractors to ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly
• Maintain and repair assembly automation and production fixturing
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on injection molding equipment

Skills/Requirements:

• 3 years of Manufacturing maintenance
• Working knowledge of industrial mechanics, electricity/electronics, and hydraulics
• Basic understanding of injection molding press operation
• Familiarity with molding auxiliary equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
